The Preble Planning Board meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7 pm at the Preble Town Hall, 1968 Preble Road.

 Agenda for the June 24, 2026 meeting:

1. Further discussion on revisions to the current wind energy local law;

2. Review of the Chapman, Riggs & Burns zone change application from agricultural to commercial.  The Town Board previously reviewed the application and referred it to County Planning.  Property is located at 7693 Rt. 281 (formerly the Marybelle Restaurant). Applicant is looking to add on to the existing building which will increase the footprint on a non-conforming existing use.

The  updated Town of Preble Comprehensive Plan was approved and adopted on March 11, 2024 by the Preble Town Board.  See Government/Laws/Ordinances
