 Agenda for the August 26, 2026 meeting:

1.  Site Plan application of Northeast Transformer to extend the existing factory building with an additional 80' to the south to be used as a single room for the remanufacturing of a new product line of electrical transformers.

2. Review the chart Peter McClure has prepared highlighting the differences between the LaFayette Wind Law and NYS ORES regulations.
