The Preble Zoning Board of Appeals meets the 1st Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Preble Town Hall, 1968 Preble Road.
Agenda for the monthly meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2026:
1. SEQRA review for the application of Jerry and Kathleen Bartleson for an area variance to reconstruct their lakeside cottage on Song Lake. The footprint would remain the same, would increase the distance from a neighboring property, and would be moved from the water's edge to meet the 20 foot requirement. County Planning returned the application to the Preble ZBA for local determination.
