The Preble Zoning Board of Appeals meets the 1st Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Preble Town Hall, 1968 Preble Road.
Agenda for the monthly meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026:
1. Application of Jerry and Kathleen Bartleson for an area variance to reconstruct their lakeside cottage on Song Lake. The footprint would remain the same, would increase the distance from a neighboring property, and would be moved from the water's edge to meet the 20 foot requirement.
